GENERAL TERMS AND AGREEMENTS FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS OF WHITE LAGOON JSCO.

Reservation and Accommodation

The present terms for direct reservations oblige White Lagoon JSCo to provide the requested and paid reservation by the client according to the booking data provided by the client: Guest’s name, hotel, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, price per night.

The "Remark" field in the booking form is not mandatory but client can add specific wishes in the field. Those will be satisfied only if possible.

Only children under 12 years old will be accepted as children on the date of arrival. Children under 2 years of age are not marked as such in the booking form. Information about this can be noted in the “Remark” field.
 

Price and Payment

The prices on the White Lagoon JSCo website are gross, including 9% VAT, community tax and insurance (more about the insurance conditions can be read here - Tourist insurance). The total amount due from the customer is automatically calculated, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children and the actual price offer for the corresponding hotel.

White Lagoon JSCo has the right to change the prices and special offers on its website, depending on the demand and available vacancies. For already made, verified and paid reservations, the amount due will not be changed, regardless of new offers submitted.

By making an online reservation, it is necessary to pay the total amounts shown at the end of the booking process. Payment must be made using the payment methods listed below as it is shown in the reservation term.
 

Cancellation and reservation changes

In case of modification, cancellation or non-use of the entire period of an already paid reservation by the client, White Lagoon JSCo. shall refund the amount paid or part of it, on request, by charging a penalty depending on the dates of the stay:

Period: 08.06.2020 - 13.09.2020 - Cancellations without penalty are made within 14 days before the date of accommodation. After this period, a penalty of 1 night is applicable.

Period: until 07.06.2020 and from 14.09.2020 - Cancellations without penalty are made within 7 days before the date of accommodation. After this period, a penalty of 1 night is applicable.

In case of no-show of the guest at the hotel and non-use of the entire reservation a penalty of 2 nights is applicable, and the remaining amount can be refunded.

When refunding, all bank taxes, are charged to the client. In case of unexpected circumstances requiring cancellation or change of the reservation, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents or evidence. The amount of the refund is then negotiated.

If a reservation is paid with credit or debit card, the refund will be done back to the credit or debit card with which the payment was made.
 

Types of payments

The payment can be made in 4 different ways:

  • By the electronic payment systems of EPAY.BG and PAYPAL.COM
    For these payments, the amount is received by the service site and after successful payment, it guarantees your reservation. White Lagoon JSCo. receives no card details and data.
     
  • By Credit Card -  The amount is received by the service site and after succesfull payment, it guarantees your reservation. White Lagoon JSCo. receives no card details and data.
     
  • By bank transfer
    Payment of the full amount must be made within the term shown after the reservation process is completed. As a reason for payment, it is mandatory the reservation number to be included in the payment order.

In case you are prevented from paying the amount for an online reservation, please inform us by e-mail: online@whitelagoon.bg or by phone: +359 700 12 110. In case of non- observance of this condition, White Lagoon Jsco. has the right to look for liability and forfeit for booked and unpaid reservation!
